Dispenser Refill (Standard Balances)

Your dispenser cassettes can be set to a typical default quantity of banknotes. For example, it you use an armored car service that bleeds/refills your cash, they can mark your dispenser cassettes as having a default preset quantity with a single click.

This option does not affect acceptor cashboxes or recyclers.

To set:

Enter the Terminal: Cash screen from your Terminal Details page.

Open

Click on “UPDATE STANDARD BALANCE” for the dispenser in question.

Change the “Standard Balance” to the desired amount:

Open

• Update the number setting.

• The “Standard Balance” will now show on the Cash Boxes screen.

At the BATM:

1. Eject a dispenser cassette.

2. The BALANCE screen will display.

• SUBMIT BALANCE TO STANDARD will reset the dispenser banknote quantity to the designated default.

• CANCEL/REVERT BALANCES will leave the banknote quantity unchanged.
