Hot Wallets

“Hot Wallets” are wallets that are live and exposed for instant transfers. They differ from Exchanges in that you may not convert currencies using a Hot Wallet.
A Hot Wallet is dedicated to a specified coin, and is used solely to transfer that specific coin. Some Exchanges can also act as Hot Wallets, but no Hot Wallets can act as Exchanges.
Hot Wallet fees are typically much lower than Exchange fees, however some Hot Wallets can be expensive to operate/maintain. For very small operations, an Exchange may be a better choice.

If your Hot Wallet is not listed, then the setup process either cannot be documented (i.e. the provider is not public) -or- setup is extremely simple, e.g. you must get the keys via email from your account rep.
