Payment Card Reader CAS Configuration
Currently, two different card reader vendors are supported in CAS.
Card readers currently support EUR transactions only.
Each connected Terminal must include the EUR fiat, and
include EUR in the respective AML/KYC setting.
Choose the reader you’re installing from this list to navigate to that specific Terminal configuration. The remainder of this guide is common to both variants:

For each Terminal that has a Valina installed:
Add the EUR fiat.
Set the Terminal’s AML/KYC to use EUR.
Set your Terminal’s “Payment Card Reader Settings” to use the hardware-defined protocol:
Worldline Valina - TIM (default protocol): set the Card Reader ID *
Payment Card Reader ID = eight digits unique to each card reader.
These digits are labeled as a “TID#” on the device.
Worldline Valina - CTEP (no further CAS configuration required).
CTEP configuration ON THE VALINA (when used instead of TIM):
Press the M button on the back of the device 5 times.
Select “Configuration”.
Select “Technician Menu”.
Input the password.
Check the device has correct IP address set in “Network Interface” → “Ethernet” → “IP address” (must be on the same network/router as the BATM).
Go to POS Integration.
Pick CTEP Protocol, press OK.
Pick TCP/IP Client, press OK.
Set POS IP address to the BATM IP address.
Set POS port number to 9000.
Leave the menu.
Reboot the BATM.
The Debit/Credit card reader should now correctly initialize during BATM startup.

Setup Instructions
For each Terminal that has a Q5000 installed:
Add the EUR fiat.
Set the Terminal’s AML/KYC to use EUR.
Set your Terminal’s “Payment Card Reader Settings” to use “QpayPOS Q5000”.
Common Instructions
Activate in AML/KYC settings:
Enable the checkbox for card payments in each supported AML/KYC setting for the affected Terminal(s).
Save for each tier (as appropriate).
Save the AML/KYC setting.
Reporting
After the first card transaction, a new section “payment_card_terminal” will appear in the Cash report:
Clicking “SHOW TRANSACTIONS” on that page will now generate a card (only) transaction report:
Banknote History will now also list card payments (in the payment_card_terminal Cash Box):
