Problem
Terminal upgrade fails, displaying the error “Unknown Version”.
Furthermore, your Terminal Settings display:
Solution
Reboot the Terminal.
Make sure the Terminal is connecting to CAS, see: Set the BATM Server IP
Make sure the Terminal is paired, see: OOO: Client Certificate Mismatch
Retry Terminal upgrade.
In some rare cases, the firmware (or mainboard) may require manual updating by GB.
You’ll be required to ship the related components. Start with a Support Ticket.
Attach pictures of your internal controller assembly.
