Atlassian produces the Jira ServiceDesk software, which can be integrated with CAS to enable ticketing from your customers - to your Jira ServiceDesk server.
Your Atlassian ID in a form of an Email address.
Change YOUR-PROJECT to your project and load it.
Find the value of 'id' of the desired projectName/projectKey (it is an Integer).
Jira ServiceDesk > Projects > Your project > Project settings > Portal settings > Portal groups
Inspect the desired Portal group, containing 'data-rbd-draggable-id='draggable-group-X''
That is the REQUEST TYPE GROUP ID.
Create and manage these API tokens within your Atlassian account.
Jira ServiceDesk > Projects >Your project > Project settings > Portal settings > Portal URL
The last number is the PORTAL ID.
Jira ServiceDesk > Projects > Your project > Project settings > Request types
Open the desired Request type, and
REQUEST TYPE ID is the last number in your browser URL.
