Returns will be rejected without prior authorization.

  • FOB for all sales is: Czech Republic. All returns are at buyer’s expense.

To receive a return authorization, please open a Support Ticket and perform the diagnostic procedures we’ll provide. We want to save you time & money, and merely shipping items back & forth rarely does either. Help us, to help you.

Please package carefully, and clearly & prominently display the provided RA number.

Be sure to ATTACH A TRACKING NUMBER to the RA Support Ticket to prevent loss and ensure timely resolution of your problem. Failure to reply with a tracking number may result in the loss of the package!

  • Damaged or defective goods are essentially worthless. Do not ship broken parts to us using replacement cost declarations.

  • IMPORTANT: Mark the package "Warranty claim value $20".

    • The package may be held without notice or advice at the customs office if left unmarked.

  • All goods must be sealed together in one package.

  • only selected replacement parts are stocked in Tennessee.

  • No BATMs may be returned to the US offices.

  • Items shipped from outside the US (to our US office) for repair should use the HS export code 9801.00.1012 which eliminates duties for the defective item. The value of the export is $0, as the export is considered “temporary” (up to one year). Don’t confuse this with any values reported to the common carrier (or insured values), as those affect your compensation (from the carrier) in the event of loss.

  • We encourage you to insure all items shipped; loss is rare - but it does happen. We do not accept liability for any damages incurred by the carrier, or your failure to carefully package the item(s).
