How to Pay your GB Partner Account Invoice
Operators are charged monthly licensing fees as specified in their contract.
We only accept Bitcoin payments. For small amounts, we recommend using the Lightning Network, which is also supported (and the fees much cheaper).

We currently do not support any other cryptocurrencies or tokens for invoice payment.
Invoices are due NET30. Failure to pay these invoices within 30 days will result in your account becoming locked and your fleet being disabled.
IS YOUR FLEET OFFLINE?
Please pay any unpaid invoices and create a new support ticket.
Note your payment amount,
identify your Organization, and
request that your system be unlocked.
Pay your invoices
Login to the GB Partner website:
You must login to your GB Partner account at: https://partner.generalbytes.com
If you've lost your login credentials, please open a new support ticket and request a password reset. Be sure to include your login name or Organization.
Navigate to Billing > Invoices Awaiting Payment:
Unpaid invoices will be listed under "Invoices Awaiting Payment".
For each invoice, navigate to its corresponding
Action.
View the invoice for payment.
Download the invoice as a PDF file.
Submit payment
First, view the invoice, then choose the payment method. Either method must be confirmed within 30 minutes to be properly credited. Ensure the payment is properly credited in "Invoices Paid".
Bitcoin
Send the precise amount to the address shown with sufficient mining fees to confirm within 30 minutes.
Pay THE EXACT AMOUNT in BTC - do not pay one Satoshi more or less!
Payments over/under will FAIL. Look in “Invoices Failed” if that occurs.
Create a new support ticket immediately if the payment fails for any reason.
Lightning Network
If you choose to pay using Lightning, you’ll probably use an app. The QR code format for Lightning is different from a Bitcoin QR code. Sending BTC using the Lightning Network is faster & much cheaper for multiple transactions. Mining fees are trivial compared to regular Bitcoin.
Choose PAY THIS INVOICE USING LIGHTNING NETWORK, and
scan the presented Lightning QR code invoice from within the app.
Watch to confirm that payment is immediately sent.
