The Users section summarizes the login and authorization capability of your CAS users.


User Dashboard

Administrator level users may create, add, & edit any User for any Organization.

  • GB Cloud: Create a Support Ticket to request a password reset link via email.

  • Reset links are sent to the email address setup for your Person, see: Persons

Customer level may only view their Organization’s Users.

Create additional users. A default is created for you, but it can be customized to reflect your personal awesomeness.

  • A corresponding “Person” must exist before you can save this.

VIEW the User to make changes, or click on the Person to change those settings.

DELETE the User if you’re done with them. This option will be available if:

  • you are either an “Administrator” or “Customer” class,

  • the User is NOT a Location “contact person”,

  • the User is NOT the only Administrator,

  • and the User is NOT set to receive notifications.

RESET PASSWORD will reset the CAS logon for that User to its default, and send an email to the user with reset instructions.

  • Also resets any IP ban that may be in place for the User.
