Atlassian produces the Jira ServiceDesk software, which can be integrated with CAS to enable ticketing from your customers - to your Jira ServiceDesk server.

AUTHENTICATION USERNAME

Your Atlassian Id in a form of Email address.

SERVICEDESK ID

Open this link → Change YOUR-PROJECT to your project and load it. → Find the value of 'id' of the desired projectName/projectKey. It is an Integer.

REQUEST TYPE GROUP ID

Jira ServiceDesk → Projects → Your project → Project settings → Portal settings → Portal groups → Inspect desired Portal group, containing 'data-rbd-draggable-id='draggable-group-X'' → That is the X.

AUTHENTICATION TOKEN

Create and manage API tokens in your Atlassian account.

PORTAL ID

Jira ServiceDesk → Projects → Your project → Project settings → Portal settings → Portal URL → Last number

REQUEST TYPE ID

Jira ServiceDesk → Projects → Your project → Project settings → Request types → Open desired Request type → Last number in Browser URL
