  • The last number is the PORTAL ID.

REQUEST TYPE ID

Navigate to:

Jira ServiceDesk → Projects → Your project → Project settings → Request types → Open desired Request type → Last number in Browser URL> Projects > Your project > Project settings > Request types

  • Open the desired Request type, and

  • REQUEST TYPE ID is the last number in your browser URL.
