+ ADD GB SAFE:

Administrative privileges required to see (or use) this button.

Add a new Safe to your CAS network.

A “Location” must exist before attempting to add a Safe. You won’t be able to save the settings without one.

  1. Type in the new Safe's serial number exactly as displayed (i.e. “GS123456”).

  2. Click “CREATE”.

CAS will take a moment to create an entry in the CAS database.

ALL GB SAFE DEPOSITS

Display all transactions for all listed Safes.

TAGS

Enable & assign tags to Safes to quickly sort & inspect them.

PAIRING REQUESTS

Controls Safe pairing. It is the same as Terminal pairing.

See: https://generalbytes.atlassian.net/l/cp/5SnJET9D

Safes are sorted by Serial Number with the following summaries and totals:

  • Status: a color-coded icon reflecting the state of the Safe.

    • (blue star) Online - all is normal.

    • (blue star) Offline - the Safe is not connected to CAS.

    • (blue star) Inactive - the Safe is deactivated in CAS.

    • (blue star) Alert: the connection is insecure, or a hardware issue exists.

  • Serial Number: the number of the Safe as seen by the software

    • Note: hovering over the serial number will briefly display the current Safe software version

    • (blue star) the “T” icon is a shortcut for quickly drilling down into the Safe’s deposits.

    • 🔒 the Safe is connected via VPN

  • Balance: a transaction is in progress, and this is the amount of fiat involved.

  • Cash In: the amount of fiat deposited into the Safe.

  • Cashbox Repletion: the percentage of the cashbox filled.

  • Location: a user-defined description of the Safe assigned spot (see CAS:Locations).

  • Ping Duration: a “heartbeat” that basically shows whether the BATM is alive (or accessible). A ping delay up to 4 seconds (4000ms) is not abnormal, and just shows the current network state.

  • Connected At: the most recent time and date the Safe was online.

  • Actions: remote control of the Safe.
