Cashbox The BNR’s cashbox handling is described in the following steps.

Removal:

1. Insert the main key & rotate it clockwise 45 degrees.

  • The key only rotates in a single direction, and only 45 degrees (1/8 of a turn).

2. Eject the cashbox by pushing back the nearby ejection tab.

  • Do not force the tab further after the cashbox has begun to eject.

3. Pull out the cashbox using the yellow handle.

  • It should just slide right out.

Insertion:

Note

To NOTE: to re-insert the cashbox, you MUST must open the cashbox first!

  • Failing to open the cashbox will cause an error in recycler.

  • It won’t function until the cashbox is opened & the internal trigger tamper detector is reset.

The tamper detector should be green:

1. Slide the closed & locked cashbox fully into the empty slot.

The cashbox will click into place.

Move the ejection tab

forward.

2. Rotate & remove the key.

The recycler will then reinitialize. It may will take a few minutes.
