If an External URL is used, the Terminals will download the Resource Bundle from there. Terminals depend on the Content Hash to ascertain whether their cached Resource Bundle is current (or not). Therefore, uploading the new Resource Bundle is still needed. After the 2 are compared (and found identical), the new Resource Bundle will be applied. |
