TIP: Dispenser problems?

We recommend you place 5-10 blank paper “slugs” (or $1 bills) above the actual banknote stack to increase the height, and thus improve the pickup capabilities of the dispenser feed rollers underneath.

• The dispenser will only dispense the banknotes you tell it exist, so don’t include the slugs in the count. e.g. if you insert 50 banknotes + 5 “slugs”, only set the cassette quantity to 50!
