Skins
Skins enable you to wrap pictures, videos, and color schemes into packages. A “Skin” is chosen in Terminal settings, and various themes can be created for branding or seasonal use.
Videos, Icons, and Sprites must be uploaded elsewhere first - to be selected here.
Select a skin in your Terminal settings: Terminal Details

Create a new Skin.
View the Skin
Delete the Skin
hidden if the Skin is used by any Terminal.
Skin Settings:
“DEFAULT” settings are the integrated General Bytes graphics.
If subordinate items are deleted (e.g. a screensaver video), the setting will automatically revert to DEFAULT.
Name* (required) | Describe the Skin. |
Organization* (required) | Select the owner of this Skin (admin only). |
Ticket Logo | This “Sprite” is printed on receipts (see: Sprites). |
Welcome Logo | Logo displayed on the main BATM “BUY/SELL/REDEEM” screen. |
Screensaver Logo | Shown when the screensaver is activated

Other Locations | Shown when the customer presses “Other Locations”. |
Help Video | Triggered when the customer presses “Help”. |
Screensaver Video | The video that plays when the screen times out & the screensaver activates. |
Exchange Rate Bar Display Type | “WITH_FLAT_FEE” causes the fee to be separated & specified on the BATM’s BUY Exchange Rate (legally required in some regions). |
Registration Logo | Shown during registration (only). |
Transaction Completed Logo | Customize your icon if desired. |
Transaction Failed Logo | Customize your icon if desired. |
Palette
Colors on the BATM screen can be modified individually onsite, or assigned to a skin for broader application.
Override color palette settings in terminal administration | By default, the color scheme is changed at the BATM. This option overrides that behavior, enabling a consistent network-wide appearance. |
