BATMThree Touchscreen Calibration

1. Cycle the power on the BATM (off/wait 5 seconds/on).

2. Open the Administration screen. Instructions.

If the touchscreen won't respond, see the instructions at the bottom of this article to install a mouse temporarily.

3. Select "CALIBRATE":

4. Choose the "9 points calibration":

 

5. Press each target and hold your finger for several seconds.

6. Test the touchscreen calibration. Repeat steps 2-5 as needed.

7. If using a mouse, unplug the mouse & reinsert the Fingerprint Scanner.

8. Reboot the BATM. Verify that the touchscreen & fingerprint scanner works.

IF YOU CANNOT PRESS THE ICON TO ENTER ADMINISTRATIVE MODE

  • Please unplug the Fingerprint Scanner (USB port #4 - see map below).

  • Replace it temporarily with a USB mouse.
