The "SELL" option will not be available on your BATMThree or BATMFour unless you have banknotes to dispense. This article provides instructions to setup your dispensers.

Your BATM must be successfully connected to (and active on) a server to proceed!

First, load your banknotes into a dispenser cartridge:

Orient them with the same face & direction.

Please download the official Fujitsu guidelines for banknote quality and usage.

Failure to meet these specifications will result in a high number of rejects and/or jams.

Set the banknote denomination & count.

You have 2 options when setting the banknote denomination and banknote count.

The onsite method of BATM configuration is described below. You should always test the dispensers at the BATM before deploying it in the field, but if necessary you may also add/adjust the dispenser cartridges remotely from Terminal > Cash.

Set the dispenser configuration at the BATM.

1. Access the ADVANCED administration screen on your BATM.

Reinsert the stacker/cashbox after the screen appears.

2. Select CASHBOXES.

3. Press CONFIGURE CASHBOXES.

4. Set the denomination & quantities for each cassette.

The typical shipping configuration is TWO dispenser cassettes (only)!

WARNING:

Do not configure missing cassettes - if they aren’t physically installed, do not change their settings! Leave them at “None, 0”.

A 2-cassette dispenser will only use cassette numbers 1 and 2.
A 4-cassette dispenser will use cassettes numbered 1-4.
The top (physically) dispenser cassette is number 1.

Only the first supported banknote in a billset should be configured to dispense.

i.e. the “USDEURCAD” billset can only successfully dispense USD.

Configure CAS settings

Login to CAS.
Navigate to Crypto Settings
Configure the SELL option for at least one Crypto Setting to see a "SELL" option on your BATM.

The default SELL strategy for every Crypto Setting is:

"0 - No Selling at all. The feature will not be available on this Terminal."
SELL for THIS coin is disabled unless the strategy is changed.

You must select a different SELL strategy to enable SELL functionality.

SELL is currently only available with a fraction of our supported coins.

Reject Tray

Banknotes that fail to pass the dispenser’s physical validation process during issuance may be rejected. You can locate these rejects in the green-handled tray above the cassettes and below the ejection slot.
