A) CAS — Crypto Application Server (server software)

CAS is the central server every BATM connects to, which in turn connects to your exchanges and hot wallets. It is managed through a web admin interface. Main entry points: CAS overview · CAS Manual.

A.0 Global UI elements

• Search bar — quick navigation by Transaction ID, Identity Public Id, Invoice Public Id, Location Public Id, Cash Collection Id, Cash Replenishment Id, Output Queue Batch UId.

• Terminal search modes — partial (serial), multi-search (comma-separated serials), field search (city/ci, street/st, locationName/ln, terminalName/tn, serialNumber/sn).

• Profile — logged-in operator's profile.

A.1 Terminals List

• Add Terminal — add a terminal (requires existing Fiat/Crypto/AML-KYC setting + Location); enter the serial number.

• All Terminal Transactions — transactions across the whole fleet.

• Analytics — aggregated trade statistics and reports.

• Tags — tag and sort terminals.

• Batch Actions — activate/deactivate, change administration key, change diagnostics key, bulk firmware upgrade.

• Pairing Requests — control terminal pairing.

• Dashboard / Terminal Display — quick figures, Updated/Terminal/Server Time, Balance, Available/Allocated for Dispensing, Remaining Anonymous Customer Limits.

• Counters — Buy/Sell/Maintenance counters, Long (permanent) and Short (resettable on cash servicing).

B) Terminal software (the BATM app)

The app running on the terminal (BATMTwo / BATMThree / BATMFour / Ultra / GMKit) handles customer service and local administration. Most behavior is configured in CAS but executed on the terminal.

B.1 Customer transactions

• BUY — customer buys crypto for cash (1-way and 2-way machines).

• SELL — customer sends crypto, machine dispenses fiat (2-way only).

• Balance Check — check wallet balance at the terminal.

• Withdraw / redeem — withdraw cash via QR code (printed/SMS ticket) or phone number + OTP.

• Sell Tickets — sell off-site, redeem fiat at any 2-way machine (print / SMS).

• Cancel transaction — customer can cancel (optionally even after inserting cash).

• Discount codes — enter promo/discount codes.

B.2 Wallets & delivery

• Paper Wallet print — print a paper wallet (+ mandatory scan after print).

• PDF Wallet Generation — generate a PDF wallet.

• Email/SMS purchase — deliver private key to customer ("Don't have a wallet?"), wallet backups.

• Receipt delivery — print / email / SMS (automatic or on-demand).
