Deposits

View the various deposit reports available for this safe.

Open

• Sort by: fiat, dates, and deposit tags.

• Some ACTIONS can be performed on multiple deposits using BATCH ACTIONS. See: ACTIONS

Open

• Server Time: the time that CAS recognized the deposit.

• GB Safe Time: the timezone-sensitive time of deposit at the GB Safe.

• Lid: the “Local” deposit identifier used in the GB Safe logic.

• Rid: the “Remote” deposit identifier (used in CAS, matched to a GB Safe Lid).

• Type: DEPOSIT

• Classification: [NORMAL / TEST / REFUNDED], the default is: NORMAL, change to TEST or REFUNDED via ACTIONS (see below).

• Cash: the fiat amount in this deposit.

• Related Tx: points to the related ORDER.

• Identity: the depositor’s Identity.

• Status: the current state of the deposit [COMPLETED/FAILED].

• Note: manually attached to the deposit via ACTIONS (see below).

Open	ACTIONS
Open	Show Banknotes: displays the recorded banknote stacking.
Open	Send Receipt: send (another) receipt to the specified Identity. Resend original: sends a duplicate receipt (if it exists) using the original info, otherwise it will create a new receipt using the current Custom Strings for the Terminal used for the ORDER.
Open	Assign identity: change the Identity involved in the ORDER.
Open	Set Note: attach any relevant information to the DEPOSIT.
Open	Change Classification: if the deposit should be reclassified as a REFUNDED or TEST, then select one of those options after clicking this ACTION.

Analytics

Predict pickup/servicing urgency in a timely manner.

• Enter a future target date + time and click CALCULATE.

• The predicted amount of deposited cash at that given date + time is displayed.
