New Customer Queues
New customers are Identities that have not reached a transaction threshold on your network. They should be treated with extra care to prevent them from being an easy target for scammers, and to protect yourself from law enforcement action when used as an intermediary for such fraud.
Name*: the name of the Queue, any arbitrary text.
Organization*: the Organization to which the Queue will be available.

ACTIONS
Once created, any new transactions assigned to this Queue will be paused until either:
Approved: the transaction is permitted.
Rejected: the transaction is cancelled.
