Transaction Actions

This article describes the various functions that may be applied to logged transactions. Some actions are common to both BUY & SELL. Only valid options are visible.

Some (or all) of these actions are available for batching - reducing the number of clicks required.

Common:

Show Banknotes: displays the recorded banknote stacking (or dispensation) sequence.

Send Receipt: send (another) receipt to the specified customer.

Assign identity: change the Identity involved in this transaction.

Show Transaction Image: displays the QR code presented & captured during a transaction.

  • You must have Admin privileges on CAS to view the capture.

  • The Terminal’s firmware must be version 20200922 (or newer).

Set Note: attach any relevant information to the transaction.

Get Score: immediately retrieve a transaction score, used in: Transaction Scoring

Change Classification: if the transaction should be reclassified as a REFUNDED or TEST, then select one of those options after clicking this ACTION.

Show Detail: displays extended transaction identification.

BUY only:

Resend: see BUY: Resend

Mark as Buy completed: changes the transaction record (only).

SELL only:

Create Cashback: send a WITHDRAW QR to a customer to dispense any arbitrary amount of fiat.

Allocate for Withdrawal: reserve funds at the BATM for cash withdrawal.

Mark as Can be Withdrawn: allow the customer to withdraw fiat using his existing Redeem ticket. Used when a customer’s coin submission isn’t perfect, but you’ve permitted it to proceed.

Invalidate Redeem Ticket: voids the Redeem Ticket, prevents withdrawal.

Mark as Sell Completed (Payment Arrived): the SELL is now final (fiat was issued manually, or CASHBACK was created).
