The gate Changes to this file will take effect after restarting the Gate service.

The Gate service can be configured with the following properties:

• batm.processing-slots

  • optional, default value: 20

  • This property is used to throttle upgrade traffic so the CAS server won’t be overloaded by too many terminals downloading the upgrade packages at the same time.

• batm.download

  • optional, default value: /batm/app/shared/

  • The location where the terminal upgrade package used to upgrade terminals to version 20230801 will be located, the package will be downloaded once and then reused for all terminals.

  • Ensure the location has the correct user permissions and is accessible to the batmgate user.

• batm.master.hostname

  • optional. The gate Gate service (by default) distributes to the BATMs the master_bind_ip as the target to connect to the master Master service. Adjust this to assign a FQDN instead.

• batm.vpn-skip

  • optional, default value: false

  • When true, instructs the gate Gate service that:

    • it is not going to distribute VPN configurations to the terminals

      • i.e. using Deployment Scenario B,

    • ignores any VPN configuration presence on the server.
